I'm Steph - a life coach, mama, curiosity seeker, world traveler, unshakable optimist, dedicated to helping people create and live a life they absolutely love. I’ve lived through many significant life transitions, shifts and pattern overhauls. I reached a point in my career (after 10 years and becoming a specialist – an ICU Nurse) that ‘something wasn’t right’ for me. It’s scary to realize this and then not know what to do next.

Thanks to the to the professional training and coaching tools I learned, I transformed my body, health, relationships and career in less than 1 year! My life is by no means perfect. I still hit some road bumps and find myself in situations like the ones I mentioned above, but I’ve learned a whole new way of being. After five years of coaching and working with hundreds of clients, there’s so much that I’d love to share with you so that you can create a life you love.

WHY COACHING

 

For as long as I can remember, I have been curious about human performance. I loved studying science and learning what makes people tick, I wanted to deeply understand what drives our behaviour.

Exactly what is it, that makes us genuinely happy and fulfilled?

Why do we all do what we do?

My 10 year nursing career in leading intensive care and neuro-trauma hospitals, gave me extraordinary insights into human potential and strength.

It also lead me to deeply connect with people from many different backgrounds.

From roadside trauma in Scandinavia, to the Australian outback, to the Saudi Arabian royal family, I have seen many raw and wonderful aspects of human life.

But after 10 years, these experiences took their toll, and this had me reassessing my own direction. 

WHY do I do what I do? What legacy do I want to leave?

I deep dived into my own personal development journey and after working with my first coach, I was hooked on this industry.

I successfully transitioned in my career, started a business, transformed my fitness, and met the love of my life! In the same year!

I want to share coaching with the world and help others find outstanding results too. I have made bold moves to create deeper and more fulfilling relationships, and I trust I will inspire you to do the same.

It is an ongoing growth journey and I am always learning new techniques to get the very best out of my clients.

 

 

WHAT’S IN MY TOOLKIT

Here are some of the tools and training that I draw from:

- NLP and meta-dynamics trained master coach (for deeper subconscious change, upgrading limiting beliefs and true integration (not just awareness but deeper change).

- Master Life Coaching

- Extended DISC (eDISC) behavioural analysis 

- Human Design reader training (in progress)

And for my female clients, I also love the cycle-syncing method by Alisa Vitti - and do advocate for this way of living. I weave this into our coaching approach because  I believe our body is full of wisdom and this is one way we will use the body's feedback to work in the most energetically aligned way.

Additionally, I have a bachelor’s degree in nursing and went on to specialise in Intensive Care, and spent five years of deep learning and development in the space of peak performance and creating change on a subconscious level.
